#BabyLove My Toddler Life
Toddlers love to play with anything and everything, they have enquizative minds that can often work out how something works long before us. Today’s modern toddler is surrounded by tech and this gorgeous picture book takes a look at the relationship between us, our kids and our smart tech in a fun way.
This super fun rhyming book starts with us watching baby though the screen of mummy’s smart phone, as she films, photographs and documents all her babies mile stones – as we all do! But when baby gets hold mummy’s discarded smart phone she soon realises that maybe she is spending to much time watching her baby though a screen! As a mummy with a photo roll full of baby selfies, pictures of the back end of the dog and blurry pictures of the ceiling and with also the odd chip and cracked to my screen, from being dropped by my toddler, this is a book i can totally relate to!
This book is lovely and Mimi and i have enjoyed sharing it together its an interesting and fairly unique book about something that we all own and are probably guilty of, its message is a simple one, put your phone down now and again, and just enjoy being in the moment.
The illustrations are lovely with bright coloured backgrounds and beautiful, simple and eye catching pictures, and the lovely bouncy rhyme to the story, this book has quickly become a firm favourite in our house.
This beautiful book is written and illustrated by Corine Dehghanpisheh
