  1. Preheat your oven to 180°c (fan assisted) Cover each pitta bread in about a table spoon of tomato purée and spread.
  2. Next add your grated cheese and any other toppings you have chosen, my girls just wanted lots and lots of cheese!
  3. Place on an oven proof tray and place in the oven for 5minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Then cut, serve and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

This was a really quick, easy and tasty, light meal. It was also a great way to get the girls into kitchen and get them cooking without having to worry about food poisoning!

This would make a perfect Sunday supper after a large roast lunch and is also a good way of using up left over cooked meats.
